Tropical Storm Debbie formed in the Gulf of Mexico 23 June 2012. This group is designed to help monitor this system and its effects on the U.S. Mainland. We will marshal prayer and other resources to assist those affected by this system. Any on the spot reports by those living any affected areas are appreciated !
