International Missions Alliance

International Missions Alliance was originally established in 1994 by Peter Amarei as a Christian agency to reach those who were among the “poorest of the poor and destitute" in his native land of Romania. Peter, along with his family, had escaped the bitter Communist regime of Nicolae Ceausescu, and settled in Chicago, IL.

At the outset, the mission began by sending regular shipments of clothing and food to those in need. Since that time, the mission expanded to include media outreaches to the Romanian-American Community with television programs of encouragement, inspiration and salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Some of these programs are distributed under the banner of Romanian Christian Television.

Presently, the mission has grown to include support for itinerant pastors and missionaries in many parts around the world.
